I guess thats what they are called the black strips under window. Paint bubbling off wondering do i replace or paint?
They are called belt moulding, painting them won't last very long. You can by new ones, but they will only last a few years as well. There is a thread about this in the interior forum if you are interested.

i had those replaced once from the dealer... but a year later they started to bubble again. I'm going to try and get some from a wrecker and paint them.
