The stuff i post is stuff that i have at my house. The parts are coming from a wreckers tho. I know a guy at a local yard.....I know what will sell for pretty good money so i pick it up as it comes in for a good price. I think I'm selling stuff for a half decent price........Yard makes money.....I make money....people get there parts for an OK price....everyone's Happy right??

People are allowed to post personal items for sale here but what you're doing constitutes basically running a business. That's just not within the spirit of what goes on here.
Please get a premium membership and use the classifieds to continue selling things. I'll let this thread go, but if you come up with anything more to sell, please don't do it here.

I thought this was a place to Sell stuff??....I normally post hear cuz a lot of it i don't really want to ship so I'm offering it to The Ontario Regin? I'm an Exec on the JCO so I'm not really on hear that much, so i don't really know your rules, Sorry.....but i wouldn't say posting 8 items is running a business and its not like I'm posting stuff for sale everyday.
No, technically selling anything here is against the rules but as you can see by the forum listing, it's pretty much ignored within the regional forums for personal stuff.
It only becomes an issue when people start using it only as a classified site or to run a business.
It may only be a few items (so far) but getting stuff for the purpose of reselling it is a business. If we let you do that, then we'll open the floodgates for any other business to come along and use this as a marketing tool.
The same goes for people who sign up just to try and sell stuff. Those posts generally just get deleted.
The regional forum is normally for local discussion so the less selling that's allowed, the less the site will be overrun with sale posts. Hopefully with the nice weather coming, more relevant posts will start popping up as people become interested in their cars again.
