are they all roughly the same in weight (aftermarket vs OEM) or is there some major difference?
2-piece rotors are lighter. If you can afford them.
And depending on what you're doing. 2-piece rotors aren't allowed in some SCCA Solo2 classes (if that's what you're doing).

To actually answer your question, yes they weight different, But then again it should be expected.
1) slotted rotors way less the solid faced rotors.
2) Crossed drilled rotors weight less then slotted.
And the obvious reason for that, is less material.

This is true, but OEM rotors are also often heavier than aftermarket due to increased thickness, etc. a heavier rotor CAN act as a more effiicient heatsink due to the extra mass, but in most cases a better design will overcome this advantage, while also offering less weight.
