Just wondering if a strutbar from a Cav with the 2.4 would fit onto my Ecotec equipped Cav without any ECU clearance issues.

You can move the ECU if you need to.
Yes it will hit (unless it a bar made for both). You can bend the ECU bracket or relocate it, no biggy.
