any way to redo the plumbing on a 03 cav so that the brakes run front/back and not diagnal???

It is the way it is for safety reasons.
You can change it to however you'd like, but if you've got some valid reason for doing this then I'm assuming you're capable of engineering it to work. If you don't understand what you're changing and why it is the way it is now, then you're best off leaving well enough alone.
i am very capable of doing the engineering work, however im not sure on how the master cylinder distriutes power and thats where i need help. btw im a 3rd year auto engineer major student
