I haven't been on here in a while but I seem to remember someone talking bout making a bracket designed after the baer bracket. I have searched but came up empty handed. does anyone else remeber this?
I have the bracket designed.

Yeah, there's a bunch of people on here who duplicated the Baer brackets... all you have to do is source out the rest of the kit.
I have a set of plates here I'm willing to part with....
Hey Lenko shoot me an email with a price and what all I will need to find to do this swap. thanx man.
I'll PM ya on the price... but since everyone else is going to ask anyway...
The stuff you need is... the rear disc brakes from a 89-93'ish Corvette... including the calipers, brackets, rotors, pads, bolts, e-brake brackets, e-brake cables. You also need to have the Corvette rotors re-drilled to the 5x100mm bolt pattern to match the Cavalier hub... either use stock Corvette rotors and re-drill them, or order a set of rotors from Baer directly. They're expensive as hell, but you know they're going to line up properly. You'll also need hub centric rings for the rotors, as the hub on the J-car is smaller than the Corvette. (This is really important, as the weight of the car between the hub and wheel is supposed to rest on the hub itself, not JUST the lugs as some people think. That's how you shear off wheel lugs while moving = bad!)
I actually have most of the setup sitting here new in a box... plates, rotors, hub centric rings. I'm not going to be using them, as they won't fit my IRS conversion anyway...
would the fiero bracket would work on the Corvette caliper?
