So I got a pair of lowering springs. On the rear springs one end of the spring coils are closer together than the other end. Does the close together coil end go on top or on the bottom?

Well... to be honest... it probably doesn't make a lick of difference since the rear springs are the same diameter all the way through. Probably just convention. Still good to remember though as you sure wouldn't want to try putting the front ones on upside down...
