that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.

a trip to your local junkyard will get u the GM vert bar for 12ish bucks. best bar for the j's IMO.

everything he said. except for the 12ish part. i've paid 5 for both the bars i bought. and 5 for the cadillac front strut bar.
yes, vert bars are the best IMO, but if your looking for pretty they arent for you.
I just want functional. Wat car from the junk yard do I get them from

Ive had the vert bar and the ebay strut bars which are the same design as most of the more expensive ones out there. Lets say stock no bar is 0 of 10 the ebay/other after market are a 5 of 10 and the vert bar is 10 of 10 as far as how the car felt with them on. Might not be pretty but it is the most functional.
wat is the most common year to ask for cuz the junk yard guys are being retarted
95-2000 are the years...all are the same other than the mounting points on the firewall.
the ebay ones are cheap but work fine. around $60 shipped gets you both.

ok thanks. Will the rear bar from the cav work on the rear of my 03sunfire too?
you can only get rear bars from an aftermarket company. i have TWO extra covnertible front strut bars in my room lol. one has the cruise bracket and both have the double fire wall mounting brackets.

Moose and Sterling, You two do understand that when you buy "cheap" you get "cheap". Let me explain this in a way you will understand.
U bee buyn mad partz fo da whiP wen Da cheep azz partz break an take sum gud partz wit dem Yo!
Save and spend accordingly. You will never be disappointed.

i ment the after market rear ones for the cav on ebay
a strut brace really isnt that difficult or complex a part so the doubled term 'cheap' really hasnt got much meaning for one.
i have had a $26 shipped front megan racing aluminim bar for the better part of a decade now, it works just fine. ive also got two dc sports front bars, two vert bars, and a vibrant ive tried... a lot of the time people dont get that you need to tighten the adjustable aluminum bars up so sure of course they arent going to do jack then.
the vert bar is strong yes but its also made from steel thus making it heavier. the difference isnt enough to warrant the weight addition IMO. the 3 to 5 pound difference wont be felt nor will most care so it really doesnt matter either way.
now... someone makes an identical vert style bar with the firewall mounts out of aluminum then you'd literally have the best. lightweight and functional.
