Need a brake job ASAP, I want to get slotted rotors and z rated pads oem size.. anyone no a good place to get em fast?
Check out Pat's Stopitbrake GP going on right now, quality stuff, good prices and fast shipping.
Definately check out Pat's group purchase then.
I'm using his slotted rotors, Axxis Ultimate pads, and stainless front and rear lines and I love it. The setup holds up well under autocross conditions and heavy street use. The only complaint I have is that the brake dust from the ultimates is bad (but its to be expected when using a race quality pad).
ya, but he hasnt answered that thread in like 2 days. try emailing him

Glad Im not the only one with lotsa brake dust
Yeah, if you wash your wheels once a week you will be fine. If you let it go a month like myself it becomes much more work (and thus I do it less and it ends up in a never ending cycle).
Otherwise check out the new Baer rotors @ Turbo Tech Racing. Click

Roto-tech's were okay, until they warped like all other rotors. I'm on Power Slots, with some "forgot the name" semi-metallic pads. I'm very impressed with the Power Slots so far.

I'm running EBC slotted/dimpled rotors w/ EBC greenstuff pads. (stock rear brakes so far)
The dimples make it look cross-drilled, otherwise don't really do a whole lot, otherwise they're good quality.
If you go with slotted rotors, don't buy the regular autozone semi-metallics unless you LOVE changing pads, the slots eat cheap pads
The greenstuff seems to last a lot longer, and on my setup (stock otherwise) they're fairly quiet and not a much more brake dust than the OEM setup.
On crappy tires they stop 60-0 in 130 feet or so, haven't measured since I switched to Azenis. I've also never had this setup fade on me, granted I don't drive to extremes, but it will hold up to AutoX punishment.
