OK, the suspension I'm on now is blown to hell and back & I sold my stock stuff a while back. So I'm building a complete replacement suspension from the ground up. I want to make sure i have everything I need (part wise) for a direct bolt on. Here's what I got so far:
-'00+ Front & Rear mounts (KYB - Have them)
-Shocks & struts (AGX's - just ordered)
-Springs (Pro-kit - Have it)
-2 Shock & 2 Strut Bump Stops (Ground Control - ordered)
-2 Dust Boots (KYB - Have it)
-2 Upper Spring Seats (Have them)
-Extra washers for the strut nut (scattered on the floor of my storage shed)
-Alignment (once it's all said & done)
Now my questions:
1) Anyone know if I need the rear spacers? I have the GM part number for the Right Rear, but no clue on the Left Rear. I've hear 2 RR's will work though. is that correct?
2) Anyone have the part numbers for the foam rubber ring that the springs sit on? I'm not sure if that's the insulators or not.
Thanks guys
Before buying the GC bump stops, double-check whether the KYB dust boots have integrated bump stops. Some do and some don't.
If not, you'll be happy with what GC provides. I've been happy with mine.
the front dustboots from kyb have the bumpstops in them already, i jsut put a set on a few weeks ago
