Has anyone ever used this system? what's it like? How does it handle and how easy is it to adjust?

Probably garbage. Did you check the FAQ to see if they're listed there? Have you got any info on them?

Um...the RKSport Pro Streets are made by B&G. B&G makes sport lowering springs, but I did not think they had any plans on making an adjustable setup. B&G is good quality usually, but unless you post what exactly you are talking about, I won't be able to help you. I have their lowering springs and I have had the pro streets...they are both great performers.
