I need a new sig =(
i should have posted this in my first post; they are brand new calipers for a baer big brake kit not installed.
Deffinitly good stuff! Check out the brakes i painted on my truck two years ago. www.cardomain.com/id/apexiranger. I used G2 paint that i got off of ebay and the stuff looks brand new after two years. Id reccomend it to anyone. Really easy to put on, any questions contact me about it.
Have you looked into having them professionally powdercoated? Do you already have them or are you ordering them? Baer does powdercoating for you if you order them that way.
^^ I have had them ordered through Gravana for nearly a month now waiting for Baer to ship, I just e-mailed Jim there to see if he cab get me a price on having Baer do them.
Thanks
It's not going to be cheap, but it'll hold up better than paint over the years.
I would recommend powder coating. I did:
- 2 Strut bars
- Upper engine mount
- Valve cover
- Oil tube (from 2.2)
- Small brackets
all for $175 CAD (including sandblasting)
This stuff seems bullet proof. I whacked a couple of the pieces together and nothing. It doesn't even chip or scrape. I want my CAR powder coated!
