I've always hated it. Lately I was thinking of getn rid of it some how. By coincindence the other day I was looking though the owners manual. I found out if you've got the RDS radio,(the high tech one with the crazy sh-it lol) (says rds on it) ifyou hold the preset #6 you can change the volume of the chime from loud to normal. i remember someone posting about this so i thought i would throw this up. its way better now. not annoying
Working on obtainting an M-Class license... ?? Hint: 2 wheels.
For the most part, I like it. Of course, it would be nice if it stopped after a minute or so. It's annoying when you're cleaning or otherwise working on the car with the door open and the stereo on and it just won't stop. That's the only time I wish it were gone.
It's reminded me plenty of times to turn the lights off. That's a good thing.
Who has a Door Chime? I lost mine the day I bought my car and installed my Alpine head unit.
honestly if you played the chimes from 10 different cars including a cavalier, i couldn't tell you which one was a cavy. I have heard my door chimes 5 times, when i got in it for a test drive, when i got out of it following the test drive, when i took it home, when i got out, and when i opened the door to pop the hood to unhook the battery to install my headunit
You'll never touch God's hand
You'll never taste God's breath
Because you'll never see the second coming
Life's too short to be focused on insanity
I've seen the ways of God
I'll take the devil any day
Hail Satan
