ok with what i've read the conclusion that I've come to due to me having 70k on my engine a full build is realy required
so the ? is what turbo should I get I'm looking to make about 250whp and being that I realy am lost when it comes to reading and understanding the turbo jargon I'm just lost
but what I want to have is a fairly fast spooling turbo cus and want to see the numbers peek at or around the 4500-5000 mark and its not going to be reving much over 6k

There's quite a few turbo selection posts that have been made, including a good read by PJ on how to read compressor maps. Read up on how turbos and turbo systems work (Corky Bell's "Maximum Boost" is a web favorite, and will go over all the basics you need to know), and then you'll be able to make an educated guess. If you do this, by yourself (instead of having us tell you), I guarentee things will go a lot more smoothly in the end.
If you just want to get it done, and don't care about anything other than beating the Honda in the next lane, buy a super60 .48/.63 and set the boost around 15psi. Of course, then you have to do some research into how to tune the thing so you don't start burning up ring-lands

better a delay than a disaster.
yea like i did. but that was at 19psi
DRIVE HARD OR DONT DRIVE AT ALL!!!
not looking to blow any thing so its going to be a full build bottom up and since I know how restrictive the head is I'm going to get a p&p as well as a 1.6 roller rockers and +1mm on the valves just to squeeze everything out of every psi of boost but thanks for pointing me in the right directions

throw a fat @$$ T04 on it at 15psi!!! for about 350hp
well I'm learning how to read the maps
its the parts about know how much cfm flow I should expect to need when runnit it as 10-15psi to find that turbo that would work best

My friend has a good website that talks about calculating the different maps.

And to find a image of lots of compressor maps to print out and draw your points on, go

yea I read through it
thats how I learned how to read the maps its just that I needed to find how to caculate what kind of out put I would need to select the best fitting turbo map and well I found the formula to caculate it so looks like everything is going to be good
