ok with what i've read the conclusion that I've come to due to me having 70k on my engine a full build is realy required

so the ? is what turbo should I get I'm looking to make about 250whp and being that I realy am lost when it comes to reading and understanding the turbo jargon I'm just lost

but what I want to have is a fairly fast spooling turbo cus and want to see the numbers peek at or around the 4500-5000 mark and its not going to be reving much over 6k

There's quite a few turbo selection posts that have been made, including a good read by PJ on how to read compressor maps. Read up on how turbos and turbo systems work (Corky Bell's "Maximum Boost" is a web favorite, and will go over all the basics you need to know), and then you'll be able to make an educated guess. If you do this, by yourself (instead of having us tell you), I guarentee things will go a lot more smoothly in the end.
If you just want to get it done, and don't care about anything other than beating the Honda in the next lane, buy a super60 .48/.63 and set the boost around 15psi. Of course, then you have to do some research into how to tune the thing so you don't start burning up ring-lands

not looking to blow any thing so its going to be a full build bottom up and since I know how restrictive the head is I'm going to get a p&p as well as a 1.6 roller rockers and +1mm on the valves just to squeeze everything out of every psi of boost but thanks for pointing me in the right directions

My friend has a good website that talks about calculating the different maps.

Compressor map calculations page

And to find a image of lots of compressor maps to print out and draw your points on, go here
