Just wondering if any one knows a part number for that little O ring gasket that was on the flang of the s/c'er right in the middle...
also what exactly is that reading? could i get away with out a O ring there?

yea i wouldnt actually leave it for ever with out one... i was just saying could i get away with out one for a bit since im so close to getting this car put all back togeather and its been a year with out it... got it all tuned up perfectly for 1 week then it was smashed a year ago and im itching to have it back togeather with the new power it will be at

So you dont think just any O ring that fits in will melt? you think i could get away with it? for a bit? as i orderd it from GM but they told me it could be 1 week to 2months to get it... so far its been 3 weeks and no sign of it... and i need to get the engine up and going to do some tuning/testing on it... i can pull the s/c'er off later in an hour or so and put it in but for the timing being im just woried about a regular "O" ring melting on me
what do you think?
