Probably oil coming from the oil\air seperator back into your manifold.. Mine is doing the same thing and I made a post about it.. I thought it was blow by, but nobody every came up with a specific answer...

Try the other pipe, that one coming off the turbo, the hot side.. If there is oil in that pipe, then yea it would be a bad turbo seal.

If no oil in the charge pipe from the compressor to the IC, and just oil from the T.B. to the IC, then most likely blow by.
You just rebuilt your engine, did you break it in properly?
Do a compression test, its possible one of your rings isn't seated well. Also get a catch-can or make a cheap homemade one. This will help you determine how much oil is being blown back into the intake.

Edit :
Here is a good write-up on the catch-can.

people say this and thast but from my personal experience, I had the same thing had 210 psi across all 4 cylinders, did a head gasket and checked out my block and the pistons were fine. I personally wouldn't worry about it but then again only time will tell.

This has nothing at all to do with your issue, just curious what cams you used and who put them in.

Comp cams does not list a turbo cam for the 2.4 on their website r any other cam for the 2.4 for that matter.
