that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.

Dyno tuning at Dynotune Motorsports in Columbus. So far I'm over 300 horsepower and torque. Not quite done yet.

Final results! 307.7 horsepower and 316.5 torque at 16 psi!. had my wastegate gasket blow out and my intercooler is pretty much maxed out on flow. When i fix those ill be able to retune for more power. Will post dyno sheets when I scan it. It runs almost perfect and idles really good, especially for having 80 lb/hr injectors.

Oh, and it was an intense dyno and tune session. About 8 hours total, most of which was spent on idle tubing and part-throttle driveability. There's alot more in it once I get the minor things taken care of. At WOT at 16psi its seeing around 60% injector duty cycle.

20G Mitsubishi, but I'm running the generic eBay intercooler that I've had since I boosted the car. Its heat soaking and running my IAT's really high and causing some knock. We are being very cautious with my tune until I get it all sorted out. And my wastegate gasket blew out causing boost to fluctuate some. It'll be better come springtime. I'm aiming for 400 horsepower to the wheels.

Good numbers man. That intercooler must be really holding you back, a really MHI 20g should be making around 380-400whp at those boost levels....good numbers though. Get that intercooler replaced and go back for MORE!!!

Yeah I think I've pushed the old eBay tube and fin intercooler as far as it will efficiently go. 307 horsepower out of a knock-off isn't bad at all once I get a good bar and plate on there, I should be able to run moreo timing and make more power at the same boost level. Thanx for all the good comments!

What compression ratio are you running? I would imagine depending on how bad the ebay i/c is you should be able to put down an additional 20-30whp with an upgrade

Wiseco 8.9:1 pistons. The problem is at higher boost levels, the intercooler isn't cooling efficiently and causing my IAT's to climb really high, resulting in knock. I already fixed the wastegate gasket and the boost is consistent now, so it'll be easier to retune next time.

And as promised, my dyno sheet!

Well, I went to go replace my wastegate gasket tonite and found that my Turbo inlet gasket and downpipe gasket are blown as well, so... damnit. oh well, at least I know there is alot of room for improvement from simple things, its just a PITA to harve to take everything apart again.
