I am def going to be boosting my 2004 cave im trying to decide which way i really want to go. so which one would be more reliable turbo or supercharger?
I would expect the GM s/c kit to be the most reliable option available.
The supercharger is probably more reliable but a turbo is better for making alot of power. Depends on what youre going to be using your car for. If you race your car at the track go with a turbo. For street driving go with a supercharger.
i was thinking more about the procharger.. thanks for the info the thing is i don't want to just keep fixing things on my car. and i have a feeling if i go turbo that is what i will be doing!
if u have a nicely tuned turbo then u should b fine goin turbo, but for less headace and also less power go supercharger but u cant make as much power as u can a turbo

so im guessing over all the super charger will be the safest way to go. in terms of low maintenance. all im looking for is a good mid 13 sec car!
