Well I am trying to decide which one to get, AutoTrans or shiftplus. I have read the forums on both and they both sound good, but which one should I get, thats the problem. I was just wondering from my fellow J-bodier's which one would be better to get? Or which one do you guys suggest?

Agreed. More adjustable and easy to install.

i say B&M
they both adjust the same thing, but the B&M you can alter in the car instead of having to pop the hood, get out and turn a screw.

Oh wow...you can do it right in the car. LOL I just had to haze you. It's not much time and work to open the hood and adjust it.

the auto trans never shifted the same , unless it was all the way up
the b&m shifts the same 100% of the time
ive got the b&m in both of my cavs
Well guys thanks for the input, it helped me. So thanks again my fellow j-bodiers.

i just bought/installed my B&M, and the diffrence is HUGE. in setting 2 it slams so hard it puts you in your seat.
i have never tried the interceptor, but i cant imagine having it work better then this shift+.

The autotrans if you arent at all competant at picking wires or splicing/soddering them.
B&M if you have a clue and want to adjust inside your car.
heck i could see someon with autotrans wanting to race and be like wait so i can adjust my shifter we will go on the next light
I like being able to adjust it whenever I want

also was the first time i have ever soldered i was suprised how easy it was, hardest part was taking the radiator hose off and putting it back on.
$30 for it from Karo's group purchase isnt so bad either
Adios cavalier.
