KY Clutch has built many clutch kits for the Cavalier/Sunfire ecotec for some years now. They also offer them for the cobalt, and have been known to be the BEST quality clutch kit out there, at the best price also!
We are looking to see if any members would be interested in them here, for their F23 ecotec.
Slave/TOB will be optional, but available for all kits!

Im interested...
That being said what kind of throw out bearing is it going to come with? And is the pressure plate going to be a weak redone stock unit like spec of something purpose built??
No one makes a High performance TOB/Slave, these guys buy from who GM buys from (the real manufacture), so the price will be good.
They have tested many pressure plates over the years, I honesltly dont know the details, but I know what they use works. On the cobalts, they used originally a Sach plate in initial testing, but did not like the clamping for results, they switched to a better quality in the currect production kits.
Cobalt members are pushing 400-500 hp/torque and NOT a single issue...

Any possibility for some Isuzu tranny love?
Well I'm curious on pricing, when the forged motor goes in I'll be looking to put another clutch in.

That right there got me interested, lol.
It is the truth
Expect around $300 to $500 (stage 1 to stage 4 respectfully) Actual prices coming soon.
Stage 1 and 2 will do most here, stage 3 will be for turbo/supercharged. and stage 4 is for those "always at the track" members.

stage 3 for supercharged applications? "Stage 3 2400 LB PP, Ceramic 6 puck Disc/Double Sprung - 475 ft lbs torque capacity", seems like over kill for anyone s/c on a jbody, no s/c on jbody or eco is pushing 450+ that i know of on the s/c applications
but the stage 2 is appealing with the 6puck...however it doesnt come with a slave for that price...
do we know if there are any issues with lightweight flywheel mating? some lw fw's dont mate properly apparently with certain clutch kits.
04 Cav. 2dr. 5spd. My DD. 'Nuff said.
It should work fine with a Fidanza flywheel. However we would recommend a stock flywheel.
There are ecotec's out there in which need the 475 torque, stage 3, but for most a stage 2 will be perfect.
You wont find a better value for the holding power anywhere else.

aaron im interested in this but im not sure which would fit my needs. all out race car with overall goal of 650hp and i have an exedy flywheel. what would u recommend?
Stage 4, there is no way you have a street car with 650 HP.
Stage 3 is most likely more realistic to your needs.

aaron as stated above this isnt a street car it is an all out drag car. assuming you have forgotten that we spoke in the past on my build, the overall power goal is being achieved hence the modifications in my profile. digressing from that point you have my attention as a potential buyer of one of these clutches
