Well after a motivation stopping break in, its almost time to bring the cavalier out of hiding. I did notice that my tuner lugs have rusted up, Im just wondering what you use to clean them up without buying new ones.

I'd just buy new ones. Get some quality ones that won't rust. If they're rusting now, get rid of them before you can't remove them anymore. It happens.
