hey, i recently got rims and i noticed that one of the balacing LEAD things fell off during shipping.. i put it back closest to teh spot i thought it was in ( u could kind see it ) cause there was no dust where the weight was.
well anyways, when i reach abot 120km/hour ( 70mph) i feel vibration for about 5 seconds then it goes away for 5 seconds and then comes back again. its not big vibrations but noticible to the driver.
do you guys think it could be the wheel?
Are you using hubcentric rings?

Use hub rings, get the wheel rebalanced and ensure you've torqued the lug nuts properly. Until you've done that, there's not much point in speculating further about this.
