Okay I have noticed since i put my 18's on that my lugnuts after 2 weeks seem to be coming loose. This was after 2 different times of torquing them to 95 ft lbs. Do you thing it's something to do with the lug nuts I checked them again last night and the rear wheels were both loose. I also like go over them fairly frequently. I assume this has to do with the lugnuts but not sure. Never had this issue with my other lugnuts or wheels for that matter. I am using spline drive lugnuts that came with the wheels over the other tuner style lugnuts I had.

hmmm thats weird. did you take a look at the stud it was coming off of? did it looks a little different then the other ones? i never torqued my wheels and i never had a problem at all with lugs.
All the studs are fine, I am guess it's just cheep lug nuts, I just put on my old set off my other wheels to see if that makes a difference. They were 12x1.5 so I know the size and thread pitch was correct. Just very strange, I have never had a problem like that before either.

they could of been cheap lugs or just those 2 lugs themselves. did you try putting them on a different lug and see if it still came loose?
it wasn't 2 lugs it was 10 lugs on the rear wheels

ha jeez count yourself lucky you checked them. yea id replace them all
its probably the taper on the lug nut vs the taper in the bolt hole of the rim. if there isnt proper contact or the lug nut is bottoming out on the hub before the rim, its not going to help hold them on.

I replaced them with the other lugs I had, We'll see what happens.

i thought it was something like 120FTLBS that the lugnuts were supposed to be on a J
