Cannon fodder is my daddy.
im about to vinyl mine...i could use some tips and pointers if anybody has any.
just use 3M spray adhesive on it and follow the pattern or what?
Reupholster comin this summer, hopefully!
I had mine recovered with a headliner fabric matching the charcoal.
Given the choice now though, I'd try dying it first. Take it out and use a spray dye. Some people here have had really good results.
And if it doesn't work, you can still recover it.
Mine turned out great. I just think the spray dye would likely be just as good but easier.
I was planning on wrapping mine in two colors of vinyl. How do you get it out of the car? haha
mine is vinyled
but people have had fuzzy stuff... i can't remember her name, but she had a pink and white interior with FUZZ!!!

so do you take the whole headliner down and out of the car and follow the pattern? or do it with the headliner still in the car? someone please gimme a response with step by step or something ok?
thanks in advance
1: Remove all interior panels directly on top of the headliner (a-pillar, etc)
2: Remove dome light cover
3: Remove visors
4. Remove headliner retainers (plastic clips)
5. Remove headliner. Be careful to disconnect dome light wires before going too far.
6. Using common sense, spray adhesive, and a bunch of fabric, recover.
