alright alright, so i wired up some blue HVAC lights instead of the amber ones
but when i went to put the faceplate back on, it doesn't shine bright blue because of the stupid red gel coating behind the plate...
that's what i mean. is there some way to get this off and still make the faceplate look good? has anyone ever tried this before? or do i just leave that red crap on?
"They say hard work pays off... well then why the hell doesn't it pay off for me?"
I'm not positive but can't you just get one from a cavalier cuz they dont lite up red?
I know on Ebay that they sell white ones and clear HVAC plates for the Cavalier. Those may work better and could show the light more?
get a lighter and burn it off.
