is it easy or would it be cheaper to swap the outher ring of it ?
never seen those
now i need a wheel cover cause the outer ring is pretty @!#$ and theres a hole in it
Example of Wheelskins from Jason @ Aplus performance. Pardon the sticker in the middle of the wheel, just experimenting. I hate the bald H pattern of the airbag.

I looked into haveing my wheel wrapped. but I would have to take the wheel off, and leave it at the leather store, so the guy could do it. and it was going to cost alot of money.
what I don't understand is that you could get a 2004 Sunfire GT with factory leather wrapping on wheel and E-Brake handle. But you could not get it on the Cavalier. So, my other Idea was just to get a sunfire wheel, but instead I just saved my money, and will have to wait for my next car to get the leather wrapped wheel.
If you got the Sunfire wheel, you'd need the Sunfire airbag as well to fit in it.
Chevy made a leather wrapped wheel for the Toyota Cavaliers. If you're looking to re-wrap one the way I did mine, that would be the one to start with.
If not, it's still a great option to put in and feels much nicer than the stock USDM wheel.
the steering wheels for 04 cavs and sunfire's look exactly the same, just a different symbol in the center. I just looked on GM canada's web sight. unless the airbags are different on the inside, they look identical on the outside.
mine came wrapped in leather
i got the toyota one though. hehe, sorry.

My steering wheel looks like an old nerf football.
I need to do something to it so my interior would look better.
Jason, thanks for the props. BTW, for those interested, Mike @ teneighteen.com is working on an overlay for the bowtie on Cavalier wheels.
