Ok, so I went to an upholster shop today and this is the first time going to one of these places. So I need to find out if this is a rip-off or not.
Headliner and visors (Black Suede) $140.00
Back seat and the top carpet part of the door of a Sunfire with flame's under neath (Black Tweed)-$395.00
All Plastic pieces and Whole Dash (Black Suede)-$520.00
GRAND TOTAL: $1,055.00
Is this to much?

Sounds about right. Custom interior work is so not cheep. You can shop around and maybe save a few bucks but with this stuff you get what you pay for.
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
Yeah, upholstery isn't cheap. I paid $100 CAD for my roof to be done by a guy I know in headliner fabric. Synthetic suede is much more expensive.
there is a place here that is going to do my front seats for $150 and my back seat for $100 and that is any fabric i want i opted to do the rest of my interior myself and to be honest it is the easiest job on my car so far lol and i can do as much or as little as i want it's my choice. i have raised tribal flames in snake skin on my headliner it was all easy to do but the headliner was a bit of a pain
Sounds really close to what I'd think it should run. I had a set of seats recovered to match the original interior and paid $150 per seat. I also talked with the shop about the head liner and he quoted me at $150 including the visors. So I'd say you are pretty close to average. Check around to see if you can find anything else but if you have seen this guys work and think he does the type of job you want and demand, then I'd go with him.
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
Sounds like a resonable price to me.
My b/f charged $40 for a headliner done in tweed.. materials and all. So, actually maybe I don't really know...lol... *contradicting myself*. I believe he charges about $500- for headliner, doors, dash, middle console, everything (excluding seats)... but that is also w/ TWEED. Which is A LOT cheaper than suede. I'd say suede isn't as easy to work with either? I do KNOW that that is a good deal on the seats though. How much does a yard of syn. suede run?

Not yet unfortunately. when i went to put it back in the car my dog thought we was going for a ride and jumped on it and broke it its not bad but to be safe i added a few strips of fiberglass to reinforce it here is a pic of the center console so you can get an idea of what the snake skin looks like
sounds cool, but what about your front seats?as far as price not bad.i cant wait to see it done.
That snake skin is just bada$$. Looks pretty cool.

Thx, For the front I found a nice set of racing seats for only $300 for the set. That also includes the brackets. Getting them from a place here in town I will give ya the number if you want to check em out.
Thx for the reply guys I will be posting pics when its all done. It will take me hopefully about a month to save it all up if everything goes well.
