i picked up a 97 sunfire console and i was going to put it in my 03 cavalier, But it dosent seem to fit under the dash. I saw someone have the swap in a 95-99 are the 00+ dash's lower?

Im pretty sure the 00+ dashes are lower due to the double din stereos.

do the 00+ in the sunfire haves a double din stereo setup?

Yeah... people swap the 00+ console into the older cars because the newer one is nicer. Can't imagine why you'd want to go the other way.

they won't line up right anyways when you swap from a 95-99 to 00+ or vice versa without the taking the brackets too.
