its right behind the rear seats some ppl call it the rear dash but thats just stupid
Dynamat, B-Quiet, name it!!!
Again Like I said in the post about dude's steering colum rattling.
goto a dollar or craft store and buy 1/16 thick foam that kids use for crafts. I used it on steering colum and around the speaker grills and rear deck under the seat belt holders and the side walls going from rear deck to roof line.
Its all held in with spray adheisive and works great.
dynamat > other solutions
don't halfass it... you seem like you really want to handle the problem so handle it.
for the majority of rattles using dynamat would be a complete waste of money. the panels that vibrate are just doing that vibrating, if you use a soft material between your rear deck and the metal shelf, it will stop rattling. same thing for yoru doors or your dash. i pulled the dash. wrapped all my plastic ducting backside of the dash cover, all of it with headliner material and its rattle free.

good man when i took my dash out anywhere screws or blots went in i taped them off with duck tape and that got rid of my dash rattles just not the glove compartment and the rear deck.....i fixed my door panels i used the STOCK thats right the STOCK sound padding i riped it off and tucked it into all the groves of the door. When i took them off at first they were just sitting there glued on flat not tucked into the seals
and one other thing where would i put this stuff if i wanted the glovebox to shut up?
If it's moving when closed, you can use a small rectangle piece of rubber/foam (the black stuff you use to insulate around the door) It kept mine from doing noise, but then the noise was coming from the key lock, so I juste shaved key lock and handle, no more rattleing since there's nothing that can move, and it's not even in the car yet.... must find a solenoid to open it!!!
