If the shift knob you have now screws on that it will screw on...BUT the numbers on the shift knob wont be straight....or at least thats my case. I have one and tried screwing it on my B&M shift knob and it screws on but the numbers are facing the passenger seat.

You're just not "installing" it correctly.
All you need to orient it properly is a washer on top of the stick. If you get the right thickness washer (or even just a few pieces of cardboard or something stuffed into the knob before you screw it on), you'll be able to get it to screw down tightly and face the right direction.
good idea, but then the problem is the reverse lockout on the b&m shift knob, how do you get it off? the stock one just pulled of but how do you get it off of the B&M?
Firstly, you can get a knob that works with it. That's what I did.
If not, you just need to drill out a little pin or something if you want to remove it. It does come off with a bit of effort.
Yeah i was looking at it before i installed it trying to figure out how to do it. I think if there is no easy way i can do it w/ the shifter installed on the car i will just leave it. If not im going to try and get the other knob on, weighs more and is less harsh on my hand...for some reason the B&M knob is tearing the @!#$ out of my hand by my thumb.
