how is everyone mounting their Lotek A piller pods?
I do not mean to sound like an ass, but per the instructions.
Drill four holes, insert plastic push pins... tada done.
Don't forget to drill the holes for the wires to go through the stock a-pillar. The Lotek gauges pillars I have installed are covers for the stock a-pillar.

well Im talking about the lotek complete replacement a-pillar...how is everyone mounting that?
i mounted mine to the b pillar
on a serious note when i had mine, it came with 2 little screws you put a screw at the top of the first gauge and there is a spot for the other screw between the 2nd and 3rd gauge
^^^ Yep...that's what I did.
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?

The I had must have been an old design. I had four plastic push pin things.

Mike, you seem to be describing the 2-gauge pod.
I've installed one of those, and I've installed 2 of the 3-gauge pillars, including my own.
For the "replacements" I find that the best way to do it is still to mount it over top of the stock one. Cut an opening in the middle of the stock one to run the lines and wires. Then screw the Lotek pod to the stock pillar with all the gauges in place. Then you can plug the whole thing into place just like you would the stock one by itself.
This way it still extends all the way down to line up with the carpet retainer and holds itself firmly in place with the clips.

I'm going to try that...The screws with the Lotek were too small and I wanted to see what everyone else was doing about it.

Kevin that is the exact way I did mine and a few of my friends. I no longer have the lotek, sold it when I got rid of my system, then got two autometer gauge pods.

yea when i had mine i put mine on top of the stock piece
i just got longer screws and drilles to small holes. No need to screw with the stock one.
^^^^ I did that mine was a full replacement too, and I had to get the bigger screws. Fits like a glove!
