I'm thinking about getting my stock seats recovered in leather and then having the GXP emblem stiched into the headrest. I was going to buy tenzo seats but I want a stock look...Any other ideas, I really want to do GXP in the headrest of any seat. Shoot me some ideas, thanks
Why put the GXP emblem when the car isn't a GXP?
^ he's making a "Sunfire GXP".
i'd look into getting some stock seats out of another car (like an srt-4) that has comfy seats and then getting the gxp stitched to those headrests.

lol dont im kidding.
Stock seats would look good covered leather...but...you will get HOTASS!!
HOTASS makes me sad.
Yea the car is turning out to be my interpretation of the GXP that was never made, I starting will the styling beacause my car looked horrible but the performance side of it will be done soon. Still wanting to do a Tib wing on the rear to help bring the GXP thing together
i wouldnt do it. to me its like throwing a type r badge on an integra that isnt a type r
I've got the stock seats reupholstered in leather and they don't get hot.
As for the GXP.... GM DID make a GXP version as a concept. Hell, you can even drive it in GT4. It's a shame they never produced it for sale, but that's pretty typical of anything cool GM ever did with a j-body.
Regardless though, I agree with StrippedCav98. Do whatever you want with the car, but I wouldn't make up new badging for it.
People will just be confused until they realize that it's completely meaningless and just something you decided to call it out of the blue.
people rebadge custom vehicles all the time, they get custom made badges for what ever they call the vehicle, this is no different.
Badges are the devil. Just my opinion.

I don't think it is bad as long as it is something that was never produced. Type R was produced and so I see it as mockery, but if it was only a concept I don't think it's a big deal, just making a concept of your own.

I think GM did a decent job with this one... color is kind of plain... but usually concepts are.
Oh yeah, I say go for it. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Wanna get my seats redone in leather with "ECOTEC" or "ECO" stitched on the headrest, even though I don't have an eco.....yet
i like the color too. but concept cars are supposed to be like IM HERE >>> this is like .... umm guys, im here, but dont worry, ill be here for a while... maybe come back and visit?
I thought they made Sunfire GXP's in Canada...
If they didnt, the Canadian Sunfire looks just like that...., hmm....
