Steering Wheel Hub Adapter
Tuesday, March 10, 2009 9:49 PM
Hey guys, i have a 98 rs and i just ordered a 320 MM steering wheel for it. No real name brand or whatever. But i need to know if and what kind of adapter to get for an aftermarket steering wheel. And where i can get it from. Ive tried advance auto parts, autzone, carquest...ect..nothing. Any good ideas for a decent priced hub adapter? I'd rather not buy the 100 momo one. Thanks!

Grant makes one, for a 5 bolt ( the morons at the stores you went to clearly don't know that) but if your steering wheel is a 6 bolt, your stuck buying the momo one.

You NEED the momo 2401 adapter or you cant put the wheel on. Also don't forget taking the airbag out without using a resistor will cause you to have an airbag light.

I own both the momo is in the third gen for the 6 bolt wheel, the grant is in one of my first gens and is for a 5 bolt wheel.

That is the difference, they will both work in your car but you need to get the hub that will match the wheel.
