Looks like he might be fitting up that BC2 kit and modding the bumper to fit the 03
^^^ well your closer then chrome lights hahahah
well since the BC2 already fits the 03+ i wouldn't say he is JUST modding it to fit. he is probably doing a little molding in there or something and changing the tails. Maybe a new shaved trunk lid too... well thats my guess
