Please dont end the widebody at the back of the doors. Too many people do that.
Thanks for the comments guys, really means alot! lemme answer some questions

Not really all that sure what wheels im going to be running just yet, the widebody is only about half an inch wider than the quarter panel already was at the wheel well but most def. will make sure the wheel is just barely able to tuck some

they flare a pretty good amount in the center-most part of the panel, other than that it blends back into the body a bit

Nope, plans are to bring it completly across the doors
Looks good so far. I love the way drift sides look molded to wide body
Whos front bumper and how wide are you going and what are you doing for stereo
Kenyatta Goins wrote: Whos front bumper and how wide are you going and what are you doing for stereo
Front bumper I purchased from Samantha over the summer, talk about a road trip!! As for the stereo...details are still sketchy. Dont want to lose my backseat so I'm thinking a f/g trunk setup in the future but that will have to wait until I get all the parts (air ride, amps, subs) to finally draw up the set up. Mods for speaker pods on doors, kick panels, and possibly back panels will follow as well
nice job...it flows really good
im not a widebody fan but i think it will look alright once done
looks really good, but you are atleast the third person doing that widebody with the drift kit. Definently no points on originality. I am anxious to see what you do with the doors though. Maybe that will set it appart. BTW u better paint it red again because you know thats the best color

Yeah, I know...def. not the first person but when I started moddin the car i didnt have half the income i have from my new job
and I didnt want to get to far in over my head or to get rid of existing kit so i went this route...and like you said, im hoping the doors make it differnent!
Oh and red.....hrmm, well we'll just wait and see what color she gets shot in hehe
quick update-
Just got back from the shop and started molding rear drivers side quarter into bumper, finished shaving pass. door handle, and began the custom panel across the door until one of the other body men at the shop and i got into it over stupid Sh!t and he ripped it down while the fiberglass was still healing. He's a drunk, oh well....hopefully pics tomorrow
Looks great so far. Can't wait to see it finished.
question........ when you shaved your handles.. did u just bondo it in? or did you weld new metal on aswell
