I got the wrong size tap so I will do the full install when that comes. This is a spair intake manifold that I am mocking everything up on for now and getting the bends all right. The other has a quad 4 throttle body on it and the letter are polished. The progressive controller is still in the mail. I'm spraying 75hp right now and keeping the boost down at 10psi. I have a 40mm wastegate that should keep boost from spiking when nitrous hits. It is a pretty safe system too between the progressive controller to keep the punch from breaking @!#$ and the wideband so I know if I lean out. I love it!
I'm not sure who else is getting that moist feeling in the pants.... but turbos and nitrous together is just total sex.
For those that have been following, I figured out why the motor isn't starting. The starter is drawing too much voltage and it makes the spark increadibly weak. This makes me think there is an arc somewhere in the starting circuit. When I find that and fix it, the motor should fire.

See, what happened to Minion was this:
Minion worked every single spair second he had for four months straight building an engine that in the end would not fire. Working through terrible welding fumes and very cold nights, he became tired and pretty sick.. and rather than trouble-shoot the car and get it running he slept for five days straight and ate junkfood as a few more parts came. A new man, two.. maybe three pounds heavier towards good health and very well rested.. he now furiously works on the creation with a rejuvinated love for his project.

Ok, so most of that is BS besides for maybe the getting sick, sleeping for five days and eating junk food. The drama and the speaking about myself in the third person.. deffinately all made up.
I ordered megasquirt II although I'm going to do further reading on it to properly convert the car to DIS before I install it. I would feel much better about higher boost running DIS as the further timing retard under boost would not affect the intensity of the spark with no distributor. That will all be another story. I think I'm going to hold off for that until I get the larger turbo (probably going for a garrett GT3071R) and I will most likely also reduce the nitrous shot to the 50hp range.
