My bird has been through many styles, tail lights included...
I originally had the standard Sunbird taillights:
Then I went with a set of tinted Cavalier taillights to suit the Cavalier bumper:
But after getting harassed by the cops, I went with a set of normal Cavalier tails:
And in my bid to return my car to a Sunbird, I have cut and modded my original tails to fit a license plate bracket ripped from a Cavalier wagon!
Car is going back into paint in the next few weeks, and then the car will be in it's final look!
not bad. kind of looks like an old Accord.
Looks much better with the sunbird tails.

The Z24 badge was part of my Z24 moniker that I had for the last year. The badge was removed today

i dunno, just doesnt seem worth it to me, switching tails so many times.....for what??
To see what I like...Ive tried all the options, gone with a few different looks, and Ive decided to settle on this one due to the appearance and functionality...
Hell, I got JDM tails from the factory!
if i had an old car like that, the best thing you can do is make it orignal. Thats right, I would sit down and strip it bare! seats out (to clean everything, buy a new carpet, fix all the rust, invest in some quality paint, put some fat tires with rims, buy brand new lights from the dealer..blah blah blah (so ya that red stuff in the dash has to go.
Everyone certainly has their own opinion. I like the red trim on there, but it might go now that I am ditching the red stripe...
