Almost got the manifolds and down pipe ready to go for coating, 12:30am and the grinder decided to bite me.
Another few weeks and it should be time to turn the key.

I'll coat them for you...but not in paint.
lolz VERY NICE!!!
Wow you are still alive! I was just thinking about your car teh other day. Are you just ditching the SC or are you turboing on top of the SC?
-Brandon
Ditching the supercharger and going with a Precission PT-67 Dual ball bearing turbo. Car is doing good at the body shop, rear bumper is now molded in. I was down to the machine shop yesterday and everything looks fine except for the front cover, the oil pump took quite a bit of metal through it but it not too hard to find a new one. I was trying to get the heads done by a guy here in town but I left it too late and he doesn't have the time to finnish them in the next few weeks (he ports them by hand in his basement with his own flow bench). Plan now is to get another set of stock heads to get done and then swap them out midway through the summer. Manifolds and downpipe are going to go out now tomorrow for ceramic coating. Hopefully in another two weeks it will be time to put the car back together, for that I am debating on getting a team together and broadcasting the entire re-assembly on the web from start to finnish. Not sure if I can get enough people together to pull it off in a reasonable amount of time but I'll try.

SpeedracerZ, damn! u just made me sick...
The mainfold and downpipe is sweet, lots of props for doing them by yourself!
The car is looking good! arent you going to have trunk lock shaved too?
dude your crazy.. as if it didnt have enough power already. lol
just curious what your aiming for and what your going to use for an ems? from the lil time i spent on club gtp, it seemed like the stock motors made the heavy gtp into the 10s. are u still going to run a manual tranny?

500+whp on pump fuel and somewhere in the 600+ range on race fuel. For ems I am running a DHP power tuner which gives me access to over 200 tables in my computer so tuning is not an issue. I would love to see the 10's with this car but it's going to take some time to dial the suspension in to be able to. With only a few race dates around here it makes getting seat time in a little bit of a challange but I will do my best and yeah I am still running a manual.
