Should look even better once i get around to cutting and buffing it, just got done painting it a few days back havent got around to wet sanding and buffing it yet, once i do that im hoping it shines nice and bright and get rid of the flat black look, but for now it sits like that and its kinda growing on me with the flat black look .

if that is supposed to be glossy and shiny, by the looks of it, i dont think a wetsand ad buff job are going to take the dry out... try again i say.

On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Ok after buffing the hood and finding out that wasnt working my problem was that the clear when i layed it down i just did 2 fast dry coats but after wet sanding and re clearing it with about 4 good wet coats it shines alot better once I get my photos to load i will put them up for you all to comment all thanks for looking.

i love the way the front looks-save for the bomex bumper.

id say you have a ton of polishing ahead of you, the clear just doesnt have much luster at all.

Not wanting to sound like a dick, but here goes.

If you are going to do a TWO-TONE paint job on your car, DO IT RIGHT. By saying do it right, make it "look good". It looks better than it did before, but it DOES NOT FLOW with the body lines AT ALL.

Sorry, but here is an example of a TWO-TONE that was done right.

Just seems a waste of time and money to get that kinda of results, esp on your rear quarter panels.

Like someone else stated, you need ALOT of something done to get your paint to shine, it lacks luster BIG TIME.

A for Effort, but a C- on the end result. Sorry.

Ok if you want to come on here and say that everyone needs to do a paint job just like the one you showed then whats the point in someone doing something different or out of the ordinary. If i wanted to be like every other 2 toned car in the world then i would have but since i dont like having what everyone else has i did it the way it is. And yes you are sounding like a dickhead when you say that it needs to be done right like the pictures you showed, who to say that is the right way to do it. Is there really a wrong way and a right way if you think there is then you better go and do everything that you want to do to your car by some unknown made up book. But thanks for the comment i will take it and forget about it since its not your car and I'm not like every other car thats around I put the pictures up to get comments on it not to be pointed in a direction on the way that it should have been done.

The only critique I would give is that the flow of black paint just before the mirror and just after the "C" pillar could have been smoother. Other than that I like it.

I wasn't sayin you need to do the SAME PAINT JOB, I was saying if your gonna do a CUSTOM PAINT JOB, Why not make is "LOOK GOOD"? I even WROTE THAT IN MY POST, "By saying do it right, make it "look good"."

And I'll be alright with you calling me a dickhead, I don't have to drive your car so I'm worried about being laughed at. It's your car, not everyone is gonna like it, matter of fact I can't see how some even like it at all, looks like a SPRAY CAN paint job. It is even worse if you PAID FOR THAT.

You wrote you don't want what everyone else has, So you would rather have a HACKED PAINT JOB than a Nice one? WOW.
