John I have always respected you and the lengths / knowledge you have pertaining to the performance of the J body…..
However l disagree with the carbon played out in the J scene…..search roofs and you’ll only find a few…and the JCO bash this weekend l hope to be the only one out of 100 or more Jbody’s to show up…
Because of the fantastic line of the Jbody we are forced to use only one of a few lines to build our widebody…..I tried and tried to make my widebody different…however after several mocked ups it looked very similar to the rest…and l WILL not put out a copy or something similar to someone’s else project….( respect )
This is my vision….I planned on the roof and chin to be included with my widebody…however it wasn’t to be…my kit was looking allot like Joeys and l couldn’t out of respect to him put out a car that inadvertently was taking on the look of his…I pm’d Joey just after he posted his pics and told him l was going with the same tail lights…and that l had already owned my tails that were to go in…..they have recently been sold….
John l know your post wasn’t meant as a dig….I have read lots of your posts in the past and you’re a swell guy….but this is the reason why my J isn’t a widebody…..but once l put my colour on it……I think all will approve..!
