well guys I finally got her running. SHES ALIVE!!! Now I just need to get her to a tire shop and get the header welded on with the exhaust pipe to the muffler so it wont be so LOUD. Only issue is there is a bit of a leak where the thermostat sits. Its drips and it pisses me off. I replaced the bolts and the gasket but it still leaks.
Also what do you recommend for belt size considering I swap to a lightweight pulley? The belt originally for the vehicle sits loose. I guess I need a smaller one but not sure what size is ideal.

Do you have the GM gasget or an aftermarket one? Depends on the person and the material, but I use a little bit if gasget maker around the seal before intalling. Also I drill a hole in plate for a safty hole to flow a little bit still. It doesn't allow it to warm up as fast, but keeps you a little safer if something goes wrong.
i'll post pics but then this thread will get send to the other car thread and I wont get any views. But anywayz as an update I fixed that water leak BUT i got another one. I took the car to the muffler shop and got the header welded to the rest of the exhaust pipe to muffler. thats just temporary cause I plan to run a hi flow cat and maybe a borla exhaust
