Put the hubcaps back on.
Also the muffler looks very VERY out of place I think it was a poor move, there are plenty more options out there that could of worked much better.
I see potential but right now just seems kinda like your doing things so you can say you've modded it.

I appriciate the comments, I got the muffler for free, i knew that a 3.5output muffler would look hidious on the car but i just did it just for the heck of it. anything that you can recommend to do at this point? ( very low budget as you see)
I would just suggest you take your time and plan things out save till you can afford what you really want dont just settle with stuff cause its cheap or free.
