please excuse the point behind the cluster. i had to wedge a box up under the tape to give me room for removal when its said and done. i gotta play with it more to make sure i have the room i need everywhere, and i think at that point i am gonna start glassing.

so what do you guys think?

i plan on mounthing a 7 inch wide screen tv in the pas side. and as far with what i got in the pictures, i am just trying to make a general shape that i can take and then decide how i want to mold everything together. this is by no means a finished peice at this point. just something to use to be able to mold everything together.

i REALLY like your Sig BTW jnickel. a friend and i were playing around with a motorcycle helmet with the same idea. came out pretty damn cool.

back on subject, i went for it, the glass is drying as we speak. got 2 layers on top, and a good heavy layer in the front section. let that dry for a few hours and see what we got and keep everyone posted from there.

the way i am moving it might just be done this winter, finally got lights done out there today, so i am not stuck to day time hours, got the bug spray sitting next to the dash, and got the compressor wired in, just gotta get the regulator/dryer plumped in and we be rockin!

i myself dont understand why youd want the gages in the middle, it would get annoying
having to look over all the time, other than that i think it looks good and good idea for the
passenger side.

Its really not..I got used to driving a Saturn very quickly with the centered gauges

ive only driven the ion once, but i liked the idea, and it was different. and didnt bug me the slightest. but talking to ion owners, they prefer the centered gauges, you dont gotta look down at the gauges, they are already in your line of sight.
