I just did this swap on my Cavy a few weeks ago... Sorry no pics but I will say it completely eliminated the spark blowout issue I was experiencing above 6600rpms. The car is much smoother now and I've revved out to 7400 without any missfires now

ok i've been wanting to do this. so all i need is a pair of 2.2 coil packs wire's plugs anything else o nthe shoping list, and is this a simple plug and play????
what did u guys gap ur sparkplugs to after u did this swap? ive heard numbers from .045 to .060, it kinda seems i have a bit of a spark knock when between 2000-3000rpms. when i got the motor repalced at a dealership (due to a thrown rod) i gave them some champion iridium spark plugs to put in and this was way before my ignition swap so they are probably set at the specs for stock which was .050

I believe mine were gapped at like .055 or .060, Id prolly start higher then gap down as needed. I also ran ngk tr55's, before boost of course
