Chris
sorry i dont roll like that.
spec clutch i dont see the problem I never had any problems with mine. brian didnt have problem with his, tom didnt have problems with his
so whats the point?
nothing wrong with a ecotec and Im still pondering about swaping to one in the future
Don't forget about me and camron not having problems with our spec clutches. I'm sure there's more but I think we're beating a dead horse on that one.
As for the "Please no eco swap" well, seeing as a garage built eco has gone 11.0 and a garage ld9 HASN'T there isn't a problem w/ that either.

like ive said to you about the cav im not partial to either motor... and when it comes down to it I will work with what i have.... I have worked with both motors and liked both of them. both have there positive and negative points so theres no point in sayin which is better... obviously if the ld9 is retired and the eco is taking its place and shooting farther then the ld9/quad 4 have ever gone then theres something to consider.
Im gonna build the ld9 just for the fact its there and its more cost effective to work with it... plus it would be dumb on my half to swap to a eco when theres a block for the car thats preped for the 2.3 swap

No, there in the 10's
And better talk to Tom and Brian again curt, both had problems with spec clutch's...
the only one that did not, was the drag car.
And i did not say Please. If he wants anymore help, then i already did, like the turbo....
No more Econotecs.

Who gives a flying @!#$ about an n/a 4 cylinder cavalier? What are they gonna run at best 13's? What did that 190 stock hp get the quad/ld9 family...RETIRED!

See that 11.0 is not impressive to me. Why? Because stock Ecotec's and LD9's have ran in the 11's (11.7-11.9's). Hell that was even before decent tuning option was out for us (HPT), so that 11.0 is not too impressive to me.
FU Tuning
Calm down, just throwing facts out there.
Besides, i really don't care that much, that's why my Z is my beater car.

Have you ran 11.0? Didn't think so. Neither have I and that is why it's impressive.

i think 11s are impressive camron has done a good job with his car, in due time i think a streetable ld9 will see the same times. spec stage 3+'s seem to be the best clutch, the straight 3s tho have been very problemsome, anyways some good looking parts curt
R.I.P. Brian Klocke, you will never be forgotten
