The $500 dollar 97 Sunfire

So here is what it pretty much looked like when I got it. I didnt get to take pics of it when it was destroyed. The windshield was toast. Replaced it immediately. Removed the fender and hood and installed ones from junk yard.

Decided to convert to a 00+ Front bumper. So much better with the grills on the top. And yes, I spray canned it lol. Its a DD. Not looking for "quality" if you will.

At my buddies house. He helped wire up the headlight harness. It was smashed in by the accident and all fudged up. I changed the tranny fluid. It was brown, and so far so good lol. Good thing its only the 3speed auto. Then I decided to install my GAGT stock wheels. Looks so much better than the 14" steels.

And finally the front bumper install and the so far completion. I know the color doesnt exactly much but hey... spray can lol. Still need to get the airbags (They were deployed) and maybe a new dash.

Thanks alot guys, I appriciate it. Yes budget builds are awesome. Use to do them when I "flipped" cars.

No Mr. gtpsunfire, no sale on the trunk. Thats one of the 1st things I noticed when I looked at the car, no spoiler.

As Mr. Shadowfire said...Mmmmmm.

I thought about that too as kind of like an insurance thing incase I got laid off. So I can make bills for 2 months or so. I did get demoted, but I found another job already so Im going to hold on to this one.
