so i havnt posted much ive been busy with alot of other things but ive managed to get some smaller projects done. i took my headlights apart a while back to paint the corners. i was happy with them for a while but got tired of looking at the leds and the spot where the reflector was.so i took my headlights apart again,mainly to redo the seals and shave some things. so i took the time a took every seal off.shaved the leds and reflector hole.BUT the biggest thing i wanted to do is swap out to red halos . so out with the old and in with the new. enjoy














































basically all i have left to do is finish polishing the lens' and seal the headlights and then im done. so far im pleased with this. i hate the fact that some parts of the headlights became brittle and broke off but you cant really see em. c&c welcome as always.

I was going to be removing that stupid reflector in mine and painting the corner black, but I was kind of iffy. Not that I have seen this done, im convinced.

thanks for all the positive feedback everybody!!!! i think it cleans them up alot compared to when i first got em. the lens' are gonna take me a while because im doing it by hand and it just seems the plastic x is taking forever to clean them up.

lol thanks bro. honestly i would def do these on the side as it wasnt that difficult. my biggest concern is just opening them. i had a helluva time pulling on them and trying not to break them at the same time. im sure if i did more i could get the hang of it but theres something about putting other peoples headlights in the oven that doesnt sit well with me lol

believe it or not man. its rattle can . i sprayed 2 thin coats of clear then 2 wet coats. wet sanded with 1500 then with 2000. it was all hazed up and then i applied 3m hand glaze. and worked in a few coats. and voila! it came out surprisingly good for rattle can.i bought the 3m hand glaze from a autobody store. big brown bottle is about 25 bucks i think. dont remember. stuff works awesome. im sure they sell it in smaller quantities.
