HA, just had to poke a little fun with the title. Anyways, I got my engine back together finaly a few weeks ago (just before the bash acutaly) and even though I REALY wanted it for the bash, I decided to leave it at home so I wouldn't have to sort out the teething issues on the road. Now most of them are solved and tuning is going well, plus I made some slight changes to the exhaust and intake over the weekend, for the better of course. So I decided to make a video that highlights them. I made up a 2.5" downpipe using mandrel bends and a bolt in 2.5" section after that instead of the dinky 2.25" crush bent setup I had before. I had a 50 series flowmaster that was way to loud all the time so that was switched out for a dynomax superturbo. World of difference around town, plus its supposed to flow better also. Since intakes don't exsist for 95 Q4 powered Cavys, I made my own using 3" mandrel bends and put the filter down into the bumper/fenderwell. It amplifies the intake resonation nicely. Plus it looks like both changes help make more power. Anyways, onto the vid...

Car is sounding healthy! I loved my super turbo muffler on the S/C car, quiet when needed, yet great tone when on it.

Hum, after looking at the video, it seems my speedo "calibration" is a bit off, the cars acutaly going a lot slower than indicated. Right. So thats taken care of. Thanks for the compliments so far. Details of the build will go in the profile when I get it updated in a bit. MIght post them back in this thread if I feel like it.
