its a work in progress. i used my old black projectors from awhile back. took them apart and removed the ugly black plastic. also painted the metal parts flat black . now the rest of the plan is to paint the rest of the chrome a metalic black or gunmetal minus the chrome where the highs are. the plan there is to paint it a yellow metal cast. im not sure about that part though. in the pics the headlights are just sitting on the bumper. the plastic headlight brackets are not screwed on. but we all know how awful the ebay projectors line up, so that reason i will make my own brackets.

i will one day. mabe even put an emblem back on. i got the hood like that.
@!#$, While you are at it, swap out those projector housings for something better quality.
Looks good though. Close ups?
eh im working with what i got. don't want to spend a lot on something i most likely wont use haha. just something to do while indoors. unless your talking about the chrome rings. those i do want to replace.
I get ya completely. I was talking the whole housing.
Though, I have read about swapping lenses...Don't really recall what effect this achieved...
I think I like it but the corner light kills it for me, makes it hard to get the whole picture I guess.
Interesting head light project for sure, should look very nice when you get em done.
You should do your corner / bumper lights like
THIS.

Looks like a good start! If you end up using those, I would getting a set of clear replacements lenses for the projectors, the output will much great with a cleaner cut off line than what those come with. Or just swap in fx35 or acura TL housings which would be a huge improvement. I like the idea of using a little gunmetal when painting them, definitely go with that.
This thread definitely reminds me to quit stalling and finally finish my projectors, lol!
just the lens alone? would it just drop in ?
sick pic with the bridge!

Yes. I'm going to guess those are 2.5" lenses, but measure to be sure, then once you take the housing off the covers, there are usually just a few small screws or clips that hold the lens in place. Sometimes you can find nice lenses on ebay, or I usually by most of my projector supplies from
theretrofitsource.com..If they are 2.5" I would go with the FX-R lens, of they are 3" I would go with the STI-R lens. John Benham may also be able to get you a deal on clear lenses.
If you go this route and need any help, just shoot me a PM
